The Self-Devotion Weekend is a sacred invitation to slow down, listen inward, and create intentional space for your becoming. It’s not a retreat you attend — it’s a devotion you design. You choose your sanctuary; I provide the guidance, framework, and tools to help you prepare to receive what your soul most needs.
This experience honors wholeness and flexibility. Whether your heart is asking for rest, clarity, creativity, or reconnection, Self-Devotion Weekend is a living practice, a way to nurture your full self and remember the sanctuary that already lives within you.
Where does the Self-Devotion Weekend take place?
You choose your own sacred space.
Your Self-Devotion Weekend can unfold anywhere that allows you to be fully present with yourself — a hotel room, cabin, day spa, local retreat space, or a quiet corner of your home.
You are responsible for creating your sanctuary; I provide the guidance, framework, and tools to help you prepare for it. My role is to help you design a space that supports rest, reflection, and renewal, so when the weekend begins, you can simply arrive and receive.
What happens during the preparation session?
Your private 1:1 preparation session is where we begin listening for what devotion looks like for you. Together, we’ll clarify your intention, explore what your heart is desiring, and use The Roots of Wellness framework to support your whole self; body, mind, emotions, and spirit. You’ll leave this conversation with clarity and a rhythm that feels true to you.
What is in the Self-Devotion Portal?
The Self-Devotion Portal is your online sanctuary, a sacred space filled with materials to guide your journey. Inside, you’ll find:

Do I have to travel?
No. The Self-Devotion Weekend is flexible and self-led. You can travel to a space that inspires you or create your retreat right where you are. What matters most is that you feel spacious, safe, and free to focus on yourself. You decide where devotion meets you.
Is additional support available?
Yes. If you feel called to deeper guidance before or after your weekend, you may schedule additional 1:1 sessions at a reduced rate. These sessions provide space to integrate your experience, expand your devotion practice, and continue walking in alignment.
Is this only for one weekend?
While the Self-Devotion Weekend centers around a chosen time of devotion, the intention is to cultivate a lasting practice of self-devotion, a sanctuary you can return to whenever you need to reconnect with yourself. The reflections and tools are designed to support your ongoing journey toward wholeness and balance.
